OPTIMUS C/F SHAFT
We started out testing the Carbon Fiber shafts of the big-name brands for about five months. We felt like something was missing with the feel. So, The Drill Instructor Team went to the drawing board and started designing C/F tubes and restarted building and testing prototypes.
By the time we got the 4th prototype tested, we created the performance we were looking for to achieve Zero Performance Deflection Tapering
technology.
Since then, we have made a couple more tweaks resulting in the OPTIMUS shaft being (in our humble opinion) the best-performing carbon fiber shaft in the billiard industry.
ABOUT US
Prine Custom Cues is a family owned and operated business. We started out very similar to most custom cue makers, in which, I started offering cue repair services to local pool players in the Spokane, WA area.
Eventually this grew into me making a custom cue for myself. I have been playing pool for over 35 years and always had a great love for a beautiful cue with a solid hit.
My goal is to be one of the best cue makers in the country. When I am gone, I want people to cherish the cues that I made. I have lived in eastern Washington for the last 30 years and have developed a great pool following in this area.
